Info on the plot to Puerto Vallarta Squeeze. From the book of the same name written by Robert James Waller:

When Danny Pastor happens to see an assassin in action in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, he thinks he's hit pay dirt--and about time, for the royalty check from his years-old best-seller gets smaller every month. So when the shooter proposes that Danny drive him north to the border, Danny agrees, even though his luscious, soulful Mexican girlfriend insists on coming along. There are some very heavy-duty hombres after the shooter, and the drive's no picnic. Still, Bridges of Madison County scribe Waller manages to include the obligatory romantic lull before delivering the blazing climax to his chase yarn. The whole shebang seems perfect for the movies. You can see and hear it as you read: that's John Huston intoning the narration, that's Robert Shaw muttering the shooter's words in a voice as stiff as a plank. And if you object that those guys are dead, well, this is an old movie--if not one of Huston's, then a Sam Peckinpah, lush and violent and sentimental, like cut wildflowers rotting in the sun. There will be those who just think it smells, but betcha it sells. Ray Olson --This text refers to the Hardcover edition.

It seems, Ladies and some gentleman, that there may still be some life in the fans of Jon! I have found and have become a member of the JONATHAN BRANDIS ONLINE FANCLUB. To reach the fan club, simple click here Fan Club and ask to become a member. It only takes about a day for the manager to get to you. And there is not much there, but it's a startand it could yeild some valuable information. As always I am still searching and gleaning info from various sources, and still awaiting my letter to reach Jon's agent. If you know of any info, please email me and I will investigate and then post it on the site. Or you can go to my message board. 10-26-02

The news to date. Well it's official, they have given up. True Obcession 2 Brandis has died out, and Celebrity Boulevard is not even showing up on the radar. Other fan pages are stagnated or have shut down permenatly. Just like any other time, they were not true devoted fans, now were they?

But I have not given up. I am still here. As I type this, a letter to Jon's agent in California is making it's way to gather more info on Jon. I only hope it's enough to begin repairing the damage done from recent years.

Time to go Back.
